Dr. Tusca Aslani received his Doctorate in Medical Dentistry (DMD) from Boston University. He opened Burtch Dental to provide outstanding care to the Okanagan’s residents. He takes the time to listen. explain procedures in detail and answer questions, ensuring patients feel comfortable, confident and relaxed.
Dr. Brittany MacDougall
General Dentist
Dr. MacDougall graduated from the University of Saskatchewan College of Dentistry. She practiced dentistry for one year in her hometown of Regina, before relocating to Kelowna. Now, at Burtch Dental, she is committed to providing individualized care for patients of all ages, and especially enjoys working with children.
Dr. Terry Grover
General Dentist
Dr. Grover attended University of Alberta Faculty of Dentistry. After practicing in Kelowna for many years, he merged resources with Dr. Aslani to help even more patients achieve excellent oral health. Dr. Grover participates in a range of clinical study groups, allowing him to treat complex clinical situations, including dental implant cases.
Dr. Emilie Phillips
General Dentist
Dr. Phillips earned her DMD from UBC and has served the Okanagan since 2020. She’s known for her gentle, patient-centered care and offers a wide range of services, including fillings, crowns, sedation, and children’s dentistry. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, son, and cat, whether outdoors or relaxing at home.
Dr. Sungjun (Andy) Moon

Dr. Sungjun (Andy) Moon is a general dentist dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. Originally from South Korea and raised in Calgary, he earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Alberta and has experience serving underserved communities in Northern Alberta. He now practices in the Okanagan, focusing on education-driven dentistry and comprehensive treatment solutions.
